- Celery root
- Bell pepper
- Lemon juice
- Soy sauce
Cut off leaves of leeks.
Cut leeks into rings.
Separate rings of leek.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Put the garlic and fry for 3 minuets.
Then add leeks, a little salt and mix well.
Cook the leeks until it is soft. Then remove from heat.
Clean celery root.
And cut into cubes.
Cut bell pepper into cubes too.
Put it in foil: celery, bell peppers and leeks. Pepper and salt to taste and stir.
Cover the mixture with foil and put in the oven at 350 F for 1 hour 20 minutes.
Clean avocado. Shred the garlic on a medium grater.
Add salt than mash with a fork.
Add water (1 avocado 5 oz water) and mix well.
Then add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
After one hour and 20 minute the baked garnish should be ready. Serve dish with avocado sauce.
