Ingredients:

  1. Batchoy
  2. Chicken fillet
  3. Garlic
  4. Lemon
  5. Soy sauce
  6. Curry

*Parmesan cheese and sunflower seeds (optional)

Cut the garlic into medium pieces.

Chop batchoy into large slice.

Cut chicken filet into cubes.

Add olive oil on a frying pan. Put the garlic and cook for 3 minutes.

Then put the batchoy.

Add: a little curry, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 2 tablespoons soy souse.

Mix well and cook for 15 minutes.

Put a sicken filet on a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and pepper to taste.

Mix well and then add 1/2 teaspoon curry.
