- Beef tongue
Put all ingredients in a Bowl and add water.
Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt.
When the water is boiling, reduce the heat to a minimum. Cook beef tongue 3 ½ or 4 hours.
Beef tongue is ready! Put it directly under cold water for 5-7 minutes.
Then put the beef tongue on a Cutting Board.
Clean the skin from beef tongue.

Cut beef tongue into pieces and lightly salt.
