Branzino Fish Recipe

Branzini, which are also known as spigole in Italy, are among the most popular Mediterranean fish, and always have been — Alan Davidson notes that the Romans preferred them from brackish waters, but there are fewer now to be found in river mouths, and thus we eat those from the sea. Ingredients:

  1. Brussels cabbage
  2. Kiwi fruit
  3. Sour cream
  4. Lemon
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper
  • Asparagus and bean pods (optional).

Clean and wash the fish. Then make fillet from the fish.

Salt and pepper Bronzino fish and add sour cream. Then mix all.

Cut the brussels cabbage in half.

Clean kiwi and cut into medium pieces.

Mix fish with kiwi and 1 tablespoons of lemon juice.
