Calf Liver

Already in ancient times people had an idea about the healing properties of the liver. In Egypt a lot of dishes were prepared from the liver. In IX century liver was given to patients in need of vitamin A.

Today we are preparing young calf liver.

Ingredients:

  1. Liver
  2. Milk
  3. Lettuce
  4. Flour

The liver is very much full of protein and important elements such as iron and copper

The white streaks must be cut out with a sharp knife.
Nutritionists strongly recommend to include beef liver on the menu for those who lead an active lifestyle

Throw away the white streaks.

Be sure to dispose of the liver veins otherwise be tough

Work with the cleaned up parts of the liver.

Garnish to the liver can be porridge, steamed vegetables, pasta, mushrooms and potatoes

Place liver into milk for an hour.

If liver pour milk it becomes softer

Milk should cover the liver.

In many countries, the liver is considered a delicacy and it is prepared from an array of exquisite dishes

Mix 8 oz of flour with 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste.

Pepper is a spice - dried fruits a variety of plants with sharp, spicy aroma and rich taste

Now roll the liver in flour.
