Shred the garlic.
Cut chicken into two parts.
Spread garlic, 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and salt onto chicken fillet.
Cut eggplant into thin slices.
And put it in salt water for 15 minutes.
Then wash the pieces and wrap chicken fillet.
Fasten eggplants with a thread.
Cut the remains of eggplants into cubes . Add teriyaki sauce, garlic, salt and mix all.
Put the chicken with eggplant in a baking dish.
Cover the chicken with eggplant with foil and make small holes in it.
Put in the oven at 350 F for 40 minutes.
