  1. Crab meat
  2. White asparagus
  3. Cheese Cheddar
  4. Milk
  5. Flour
  6. Mustard
  7. Butter

Sea food

Boil the asparagus in boiling water for 5-8 minutes.

Cook asparagus quickly

Cut to medium pieces.

Chop crab meat to fine pieces.

Salad with crab meat

Mix crab meat and asparagus.

For the sauce 18 oz.

Shred cheese cheddar 10 oz.

Cheese sauce

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a bowl over medium heat.

Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard and 1 tablespoon flour.

Sauce with mustard.

Mix all.

Tasty sauce

Add 1 cup milk 16 oz. Stir constantly.

Milk is a part of the sauce

Mix the whole mass to medium density.

Dressing to the salad

Add the cheese. All stir and remove from heat.

Cheese is a useful product

Sauce can be served separately, garnish with cilantro to taste.
