Clean squash from skin and remove seeds.
Cut squash into cubes.
And shred garlic on medium grater.
Put the butter in a pan.
Then put the onions and garlic. Mix well.
Fry until golden brown.
Now add the squash and mix.
Add 1/3 teaspoon of sugar and fry for 10 minutes.
After that add in a pan of water and cook for 20 minutes until squash will be soft.
Blend soup in the blender.
Add cream and salt to taste.
Decorate soup with greens and croutons (optional). Sprinkle pepper.
