Lasagna in four steps:
- The last stage
Step 1 – Dough (4 small sheet):
- Flour – 10 oz
- One egg
- Water 05 oz
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Mix the flour, olive oil, egg and salt.
Roll up the dough into a ball. Leave on the table for 30 minutes.
Then cut the dough into pieces.
Roll slices thinly. Form the dough sheet using a knife.
Step 2 – Stuffing:
- Ground meat
Cut onions to medium pieces.
Cut tomato to medium slices.
Melt the butter on a frying pan.
Fry onions in the butter until golden brown.
Add tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix everything and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.
Salt ground meat. Add 3 tablespoons of water and cook for 15 minutes.
Then add the tomato mixture to the ground meat.
Cook for another 10 minutes then remove from the heat.
Step 3 – Bechamel sauce:
- Milk 16 oz
- Butter 04 oz
- Flour 2 tablespoons
And mix well.
Then add the warm milk and mix.
Mix the whole mass to medium density. And remove from the heat.
The last stage:
Shred cheese on a medium grater.
Brush the baking dish of butter.
Put the dough sheet in baking dish.
Put the stuffing on the first layer of dough.
Add the bechamel sauce.
Put the cheese and cover with a sheet of dough.
Spread the bechamel sauce and sprinkle cheese on the last layer. Put in the oven at 350 F for 30 minutes.
