Homemade Salmon Tacos


  1. Flour
  2. Egg
  3. Salmon
  4. Cucumber
  5. Sour cream
  6. Cheese
  7. Garlic
  8. Dill
  9. Pepper
  10. Olive oil
  11. Salt

Tacos with dill

The dough:

Flour 8 0z
Egg 1
Salt to tasty
Water 1-2 tablespoon

Salt the flour and mix.  Add an egg and knead the dough.

Roll up the dough into a ball and leave in a fridge for 30 minutes.

Then divide the dough in two parts.

Roll the dough to make thin tortilla.

Put the tortilla on the oven safe net.  Rub olive oil and a little pepper on tortilla.

Bake of 350 F for 5-7 minutes.

The stuffing:

Cut cucumber into thin slices and add a little pepper.

Cut the salmon into medium pieces.

Add salt, curry powder and pepper to taste.

Warm up a frying pan to medium heat and add olive oil. Then put the salmon and fry for 3 minutes.

Add cheese and wait for it to melt. Then mix.

The sauce:

Chop the dill into small pieces.

Shred garlic on a small grater.

Mix 3 tablespoons of sour cream, dill and garlic.

Putting it all together:

Spread the sauce on top of  tortilla.

Add the slices of cucumber.

And add cooked salmon.

Fold the tortilla in half.
