- Beef Liver
- Tomato paste
- Sour cream
Cut liver to medium pieces.
Cut onions to rings.
Salt and pepper the liver to taste.
Heat up a frying pan to medium and fry the liver for 5 minutes.
Add the onions.
Mix all and cook for 5 minutes.
Now add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1 teaspoon of sugar and herbs. Mix all and cook for 10 minutes.
