Mix water and milk. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add eggs and mix.
Add 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil and mix.
Add a Flour.
Dough has to be medium liquid and without lumps.
Spread butter lightly over the Frying Pan. Heat the pan on medium temperature.
Scoop 1/2 ladle.
Smear dough on Pan.
Fry on each side until golden brown.
Crepes can be served with practically anything.
