- Pork or beef ribs
Cook a beef or a pork stock.
Cut the tomatoes into medium pieces.
Chop the onions into medium slice.
Shred the carrot into medium grater.
Heat up a frying pan and add olive oil. Than put the onions in a frying pan and cook for 7 minutes.
Add the carrot. Cook for 5 minutes.
Then add the tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes and then cover the lid and cook for 7 more minutes.
Put the mixture into the stock and mix well.
Add noodles and cook for 10 minutes. Then remove from heat.
