- Chicken stock
- Any hard cheese
- Easy cheese
- One onion
- Croutons and pepper (optional)
Shred carrots on medium grater.
Chop onions into small pieces.
Clean the potatoes and cut into two parts.
Shred cheese on medium grater.
Boil the chicken stock and add potatoes and salt. Cook for 30 minutes.
Blend potatoes, carrots and a little chicken stock to make mashed potatoes.
Add the mashed potatoes to the chicken stock and mix well.
Add cheese to the soup and wait while the cheese melts.
Add easy cheese to the soup.
Mix and cook cheese soup for 10 minutes then remove from the heat.
Fry onions until golden brown.
