- Olive Oil
Cut garlic over medium pieces.
Cut tomato into large pieces.
In a frying pan add the Olive Oil. And fire away the garlic for 30 seconds.
Add the tomatoes.
Cook while stirring 20 minutes on medium heart until evenly mixed. Then remove from heat.
Boil buckwheat for 20 minutes.
Rinse cooked buckwheat in cold water.
Add Olive Oil. Heat pan and fry until golden brown buckwheat.
Add the tomato sauce.
And mix well. Cook 5-7 minutes.
