Pickled Cucumbers Salad

Cucumber is a popular cultivated plant in the gourd family Cucurbitaceae that managed to captivate our attention from the moment it appeared in ancient India. Ingredients:

  1. Cucumbers (3)
  2. Chives
  3. Garlic
  4. Olive oil
  5. Vinegar
  6. Bay leaf
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper

Cucumbers salad

Cut cucumbers into thin slices on the wide grater.

Salt cucumbers  slice

Chop the chives into medium pieces.

Pickled cucumbers with vinegar and garlic

Shred the garlic on the small grater.

Mix all ingredients.

Add 3 tablespoons of the olive oil, 2 tablespoons of the vinegar,bay leaf, a little pepper and salt to taste. Mix well.
