If you do not know how to cook or just do not like fumbling in the kitchen, then this recipe is definitely for you. You probably already guessed that this recipe is using Hamilton Beach 8 Quart Slow Cooker. And today I will be using it!
- Two tablespoons of wine
- One tablespoon of soy sauce
- Herbs, Pepper, Lemon (optional)
Here is how the cooker looks.
Wash the ribs and sprinkle with curry.
Then add the Red wine.
Then add a little soy sauce and pepper to taste.
Cover with a lid and set Slowly Cooker to “High”.
Cook for 3 hours and 30 minutes. Here’s how they look after 2 hours.
When done place on a plate. Serve with lemon and herbs for best taste.
