Shred potatoes into medium grater and salt.
Add egg and 2 tablespoon of flour.
Mix the mixture well.
Cut the mushroom into medium pieces.
Put the mushrooms in a frying pan.
Fry mushrooms for 15 minutes.
Shred Cheddar cheese into medium grater.
Melt butter (0.5 oz) over low heat.
Add flour (2 Ts) and stir well.
Then add the cream (16 oz). Stir constantly.
After 5 minutes add cheddar cheese (10 oz).
And then add mushrooms.
Mix the whole mass to strong density. And remove the heat.
Spread butter inside the forms.
Put the potatoes inside the form.
Add mushroom cheddar sauce.
Cover the cake with a thin layer of potato mixture. And put in the oven at 370 F for 15 minutes.
