Roll Omelette


  1. Eggs
  2. Carrots
  3. Cilantro
  4. Olive oil
  5. Salt

Quick breakfast

Shred carrots on a medium grater. Chop the cilantro.

Break the eggs in a bowl.

Healthy breakfast omelet

Add carrots and greens.

Omelette with carrot

Stir, salt to taste and divide mixture into two parts.

Put the frying pan on low heat and add olive oil. Then pour one part of the mixture into the frying pan and cover. Cook for 8-10 minutes.

Fried eggs

Then wrapped roll gently.

Omelet for the all family

Leave a small piece of roll and move the roll to the edge of the pan.

Eggs with vegetables

Then pour second part the mixture into remaining piece of roll. Cover and cook for 5-8 minutes.

Omelette with vegetables

Then proceeded to wrap roll.
