This is simple chicken recipe for those who do not to spend too much time next to a stove. Cooking takes 1 hour and 40 minutes.
- Fresh basil leaves
- Teriayaki sauce
- Soy sauce
- Lemon juice
- Lemon peel
Take the chicken pieces, rub butter, curry, a little teriyaki sauce, add pepper and salt to taste.
Then add the basil leaves, mix well and leave the chicken for 30 minutes.
Cut the garlic into large pieces.
Chop the parsley and cilantro.
Melt the butter in cast iron cookware.
Add garlic, parsley and basil. Cook for 5 minutes.
Now add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of grated lemon peel and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and mix well.
