Cut the eggplant into thin slices.
Mix water with salt: 1/2 tablespoon of salt to 1 cup water. Put the slices of eggplant in salted water for 20 minutes.
Then add a tablespoon of Olive Oil. Heat up a frying pan medium. And fry eggplant on each side until golden brown.

Shred the cheese and garlic on a medium grater. Mix all together.
Put cooked eggplant on a Plate.
Put cheese with garlic on eggplant.
Wrap into a roll.
Ready roll put in the oven at 350 F for 10-15 minutes.
