- Red cabbage
- Black tomatoes
- Sour cream
- Cucumber and kiwi fruit for decoration (optional)
Cut onions to fine pieces.
Chop mushrooms to medium pieces.
Cut tomatoes into medium pieces.
Separate the cabbage leaves.
Shred the remaining cabbage.
Put the butter in a frying pan.
Add onions and fry until golden brown.
Then add mushrooms and cook for 15 minutes.
Remove frying pan from the stove. Put tomatoes and cabbage, 1/3 teaspoon of sugar, 1/3 teaspoon of vinegar and salt to taste.
Add sour cream in the salad.
Mix up again.
Put salad in cabbage leaves. Decorate with thin slices of cucumber and a small kiwi.
