- Parmesan cheese
*Do not salt!
Cut onions into small pieces and shred garlic.
Cut the bacon to medium pieces.
Put a little butter in the pan.
Add the onions, garlic and bacon and mix well.
Cook over medium heat until golden brown.
Boil spaghetti for 4 minutes.
Mix cooked spaghetti with bacon.
For the sauce:
Mix 2 yolks.
Add 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
Then add 6 oz of cream and mix well.
Add the sauce to spaghetti carbonara and mix.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and black pepper on the spaghetti.
