Ingredients: Dried mushrooms Milk 16 oz Cheese Butter 5 oz flour 2 Ts Put the dried mushrooms in a pan and add water. Leave a cooking on low for 2 hours. Occasionally add water. Close the lid. Cut onions to medium. After two hours, add the onions. Cooking 15 minutes with the closed lid. Melt butter over low heat. Add the flour. Stir well. Then add the milk. Stir constantly.
