Vegetable Salad


  1. Sweet pepper
  2. Canned corn
  3. Mushrooms
  4. Sour cream
  5. Lettuce
  6. Pepper
  7. Salt

Bell pepper

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.


Heat up 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan.

Fry mushrooms

Salt the mushrooms to taste and cook for 15 minutes.

Shred sweet peppers into thin strips.

Put the salad leaves on a plate.


Add the mushrooms.

Then add sweet peppers to the vegetable salad recipe.

And canned corn.

Add  sour cream and pepper to taste.
